Symptoms
Using Oracle Purchasing - upon trying to approve the purchase order, errors are occurring which are related to the tax configuration.
Replication Steps:
1. Purchase Order is created.
2. Submitted for Approval
3. Error occurs
Error:
An error occurred during tax calculation. Please correct the problem or contact your system administrator.
Your transactions have been saved. Tax will be recalculated when the document is submitted for Approval.
Choose OK - see the following error:
The system could not determine a valid Recovery Rate for the Tax Regime REGIME_NAME, Content Owner #####, Tax TAX_CODE, Recovery Type STANDARD and Recovery Rate Code RECOVERY_RATE.
Please contact your Tax Administrator to ensure that a valid Recovery Rate is defined for this Regime, Content Owner, Tax, Recovery Type and Recovery Rate Code.
