Symptoms
The AES Template needs to be changed to accommodate the regulatory changes that took place in Oct 2014 and Jan 2015.
There are 3 license codes that need to be added:
C62 - Support for the Cuban People (User friendly Code = SCP)
VDC - Commerce Department Voluntary Self Disclosure (User friendly Code = VDC)
VDS - State Department Voluntary Disclosure (User friendly Code = VDS)
VDO - Other Partner Government Agency Voluntary Disclosure (User friendly Code = VDO)
