Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Have a Holiday Worked element that is set up as Regular tax processing shows as Processing Type "N"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect a Holiday Worked element to have Processing Type "R" as the Regular Tax Processing was chosen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an earnings element with secondary classifications
Overtime and Holidays Worked
Supplemental Earnings:Eligible Compensation for IDW (Variable Basis)
Supplemental Earnings:Subject to ISR
Supplemental Earnings:Subject to State Tax
2. Run the query
select element_name, processing_type
from pay_element_types_f
where element_name like '%Holiday%Worked%'
3. See the results
  Processing Type - N
