After Applying JAN'15 RUP Patch 20289914, Service History Tab Records Are Not Complete (Doc ID 2004198.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form Service History Tab

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After applying JAN'15 RUP Patch 20289914, Service History Tab records are not complete for some serial numbers.

Some serial numbers are not returning any records even though there are many historical SRs found iby searching with serial number.
At least one serial number only returns two records in the Service History tab, even though many more should have been returned.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Service History tab shows complete SR history upon selecting View by Instance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Apply JAN'15 RUP Patch 20289914
2. Search for SRs by Serial Number
3. Select and SR and open the SR form
4. Navigate to Service History Tab
5. Select View By Instance
