Symptoms

When attempting to login to Telephony on the Service Request or Contact Center form, the following error occurs:

"ACD ID has not been set. You will be able to proceed only after this value has been set."

Steps

1. Open the Service Request or Contact Center form
2. Select 'Telephony Login' from the More Tools menu
3. Enter the Extension Number
