UDA field is not allowing to enter full length of data.
A valueset "20 Characters" is attached to a UDA field. But when entering a 20-character value in non-English language, error is seen:

"For Attribute 'XXXXX' in Attribute Group 'YYYYY' you have exceeded the maximum size. Please enter maximum of 20."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define an attribute group (e.g. Season)-> Define a UDA (e.g. Season Description) -> Attach a value set "20 Characters" to restrict the character length. -> Attach group to ICC
2. Create item in same ICC and enter value for UDA in Non English language to the UDA field.

It will throw error as above.
