ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Minnesota Dept of Revenue now requires that State Tax Levy payments are required to be via NACHA.

We are unable to submit the State Tax Levy payments via EFT

The state of Minnesota states that they are requiring this to start on March 2014. The state of MN is saying that they will start rejecting them if they are not electronic.

Starting March 1, 2014, employers must submit all state wage levy disclosures and payments electronically.
