Ship Set Does Not Clear in Backordered lines (Doc ID 2004489.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Miscellaneous Issues

In a ship partial scenario, the backorder lines still have the ship set

The OM User's guide states:
"If there are two lines in a ship set and one of the lines is shipped
completely then the second line is removed and is no longer is a part of the
ship set"

The Customer can reproduced the issue at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Order with 2 order lines all assigned to Ship Set 1
2. Book the order
3. Pick Release only order line 1.1
4. Ship Confirm Order line 1.1
5. Run Interfaces
6. Line 1.1 is shipped and closed with ship set 1.
Line 2.1 awaiting shipping status with ship set 1

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users still have the ship set in the backordered line.
