Unexplainable Late Charges Behavior - Late Charges Were Not Picked up the First Two (2) Months and Only Picked Up in the Third Month (Doc ID 2004697.1)

When late charges are run, for a customer and ONLY late paid (closed Invoice) are on customer account, late charges do not pick this up.

Late charges were not picked up the first 2 months and only picked up in the third month.
