Upgrade Excel To 2013 64-bit Error 'The code in this project must be updated for use on 64 bit systems' Uploading Data To WEBADI Template (Doc ID 2005139.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version,
After upgrading Microsoft Excel to version 2013 64bit, when uploading data to the template WEBADI, the template is blank.
However when looking at the Excel Macro Information, the following Error is shown:

MS Visual Basic pop up message:
The code in this project must be updated for use on 64 bit systems.
Please review and update Declare statements and then and then mark them with PtrSafe attribute.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade MS Office Excel 2013 64 bit.
2. Upload data to the template WEBADI.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to test the Microsoft 2013 64 Bit Office Excel.
