On : 12.2.3 version
When attempting to transmit a cXML Purchase Order (PO) to the supplier the following error occurs.
GETTPXML #EXCEPTION ECX_GET_XMLERROR_EMBD
6014: Error while getting the XML Document: 'ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00115: Warning: element "Extrinsic" is missing required attribute "name"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a PO for approval where the Supplier is setup to receive the PO in cXML format.
2. The PO is approved but the transmission in cXML fails with the reported error.
