Symptoms
In 12.2.x, with AD / TXK 5 or lower installed.
When attempting to access EBS SSO Login page the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI.......
- or -
Users start to complain that pages have missing icons.
Bouncing that jvm again normally resolves the issue.
