Ex-Employee Information Updated After Registration Using External iRecruitment Page (Doc ID 2005535.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General iRecruitment

Employee data changes in core HR forms when ex-employee registered on iRecruitment external site.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Original record for ex-employee XX YY prior to March 8
Last Name = XX
First Name = YY
Person Types = Ex-employee.Ex-applicant
EE# = 1111  
SS# = xxx-xx-xxxx  
Effective From = 11-20-2012

2) Record was changed March 21. The Updated by was an email address, which would signify an iRecruitment candidate.
About This Record:
Updated By = xx2@example.com
Emplooyee Numebr = 1111  
SS# = xxx-xx-xxxx   
Update Date = 03-21-2015

3) xx1@example.com only has access to iRecruitment External Candidate.
User Define Screen
User Name = xx1@example.com
Person = XX,YY

Responsibility = iRecruitment External Candidate
From =03-21-2015
