Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General iRecruitment

Employee data changes in core HR forms when ex-employee registered on iRecruitment external site.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Original record for ex-employee Jane Doe prior to March 8
Last Name = Doe
First Name = Jane
Person Types = Ex-employee.Ex-applicant
EE# = 14302
SS# = 338-80-9764
Effective From = 11-20-2012

2) Record was changed March 21. The Updated by was an email address, which would signify an iRecruitment candidate.
About This Record:
Updated By = JDOE2@GMAIL.COM
Emplooyee Numebr = 14302
SS# = 338-80-9764
Update Date = 03-21-2015

3) JDOE1@GMAIL.COM only has access to iRecruitment External Candidate.
User Define Screen
User Name = JDoe1@GMAIL.COM
Person = Doe, Jane

Responsibility = iRecruitment External Candidate
