Split Child Claim Not Cancelling Parent Claim (Doc ID 2005585.1)

Symptoms

The parent claim that has been split with a child claim(s) equaling the total amount of the parent, is not being automatically cancelled. 

The parent claim remains in 'Open' status, instead of moving to 'Cancelled' status.
