Texas Child Support Arrears not Calculating Correctly when there are Multiple Child Support Deductions (Doc ID 2005684.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Wage Attachments/Garnishments

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that when the Texas employee has multiple Child Support deductions with arrears, the actual child support is calculated correctly but the arrears is deducting less than it should.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Arrears to be deducted correctly.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee has 2 Child Support deductions, both with Arrears Dedn Amount
2. Run Payroll
3. Review SOE to see that the child support deduction does not include the full Arrears amount
