Configuration Validation Resulted In Error(s) When Order Import is Launched

When the running the Order Management Order Import Concurrent Program, the following error is seen many times a day:

"Configuration validation resulted in error(s).”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User Responsibility,
2. Navigate to Requests -> Run,
3. Run the Order Import Concurrent Program,
4. Error message appear occasionally in the log file.
