Symptoms

When removing an operation from a route and then re-numbering the step numbers of the subsequent operations, the following error is raised:


ERROR
"Step number is duplicate for Associated Operation &RECORD."


STEPS
1. Route Management > Routes
2. Create a Route with four operations associated with steps number 10, 20, 30, 40 and apply changes.
3. Remove operation 20 and apply changes.
4. Change the step number on the subsequent operations so 30 becomes 20 and 40 becomes 30 and apply changes, error message displayed.
