Symptoms

When closing the Receivables Period the following error is received:

APP-AR-294585 The period XXX-YY has incomplete transactions. Do you still wish to close the period? OK or Cancel

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control >Accounting > Open / Close Period
