On : 11.5.10.2 version, Terminations
When attempting to delete and unused Employee record get this error
ERROR
----------------
"You can't delete application user"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. People > Enter and Maintain
2. Lookup Employee
3. Click on the Red X
4. Yes
5. Purge, Yes
The following error occurs : "You can't delete application user"
