Copy Line Using Shift - F6 Does Not Copy Exclude Items Correctly for Modifier or Price Lists (Doc ID 2006539.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Modifiers Setup only

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Copying of a line modifier using the F6 copy function (shift F6), it did not copy the Product Attributes correctly in the "Exclude" items form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expects that the records will be exactly the same include the values assigned under the Exclude button.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User AU (or AU responsibility with pricing functions)
2. Pricing/Modifiers
3. Flashlight search for the modifier in question
4. Click on the lines and F11 search for Modifier line " 3987" CTRL F11
5. Click on end date field and enter
6. Arrow down to next line
7. Shift F6
8. Click on Exclude (button)
Note Differences on the two records:
  Modifier No. 3987 has Product Attributes of Item Numbers with Values of 010-11543 and 010-11380 and
  Modifier No. 17391(newly created) has Product Attributes of Item Category and Product values of "143" which is not wanted.
