Order Import for Internal Order Fails with Error: No Workflow Has Been Assigned To This Transaction Type (Doc ID 2006561.1)

When attempting to run Order Import, the following error occurs.


1. Order Management responsibility
2. Orders > Returns > Import Orders > Order Import Request
3. Run the Order Import Concurrent Process for Order Source =  Internal
4. Results in Error: No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type
