Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Interface Trip Stop
When attempting to submit the Interface Trip Stop program, the following error occurs.

This happens when you change freight term, payment term or shipping method.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User, Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales Order > Change Freight Term on Order Header or Sales Order Line.
3. Navigate to Shipping->Interfaces->Run
4. Select the program Interface Trip Stop - SRS
5. Enter the delivery number and submit the program
