MSCA Mobile Transactions Message "Request Queued" when Performed (Doc ID 2006896.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.2 version,

MSCA transaction message "request queued"

MSCA telnet session when performing transactions. Instead of getting a message that a record for an MSCA transaction was saved, user gets message "Request queued".

This transaction does not seem to commit or submit a label as it did before for printing. We also performed an MSCA bounce yesterday but the issue remains.
example - account alias receipt txn (materials Mgmt > Inventory > receipts > aliass receipt)
