Symptoms

From iSupport > Accounts tab:
After loading legacy Installed Base data, the page does not load.

Steps:

1. Load Legacy data into Installed Base (CSI) tables.
2. Navigate to Oracle iSupport > Account tab

=> Page does not load information.
