Information in this document applies to any platform.
Repair process in place where users enter RMAs to receive customer material for repairs.
As soon as the RMA line is received, that line is closed.
Once the repair is done, the same sales order is used for shipping and the repaired material.
During month end, these sales orders are closed automatically and users have to enter new sales orders for shipping.
Is there a way to not let the sales orders close automatically during the end of the month end and keep them open until users manually close them or mass closure program is run to close the sales orders?
