Is There A Way To Retrieve The Expense Report Which Have Been Deleted From OIE? (Doc ID 2007241.1)

An OIE user has created a specific expense report, for example  xxxx .  After a few days of submission and subsequent rejection during the Approval workflow the expense report was automatically deleted. The user he does not have copy of the receipts.  Is there any way to retrieve the expense report?   The following scripts returned no rows:

select * from AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS_ALL where invoice_num like 'xxxx';

where report_header_id like 'yyyy';
