Expense email Notification Only Displays Last Line of report (Doc ID 2007277.1)

Symptoms

Employee reates an expense report in the iExpense Application with 3 expense lines
Employee submits this expense report as report # 87228
An email notification is sent to Manager to approve report # 87228
Using MS Outlook 2010 email client, Manager opens the expense approval notification (for report 87228)
In the MS Outlook 2010 email client, Manager can only see the 3rd expense line
(expense lines 1 and 2 are not showing in email notification)

Notes
(i) if Manager logs into Oracle Applications and accesses workflow notifications and
opens the approval notification for report # 87228 all expense lines display
