Goal
You have run the Geography Name Referencing (GNR) Program. with a bad address, yet the program does not pick up the bad location as an error, but allows it go through.
You have many bad addresses, both in the HR Locations and in the HZ Locations, yet they all passed the validation.
Why would the program not raise an error for the bad locations?
