Symptoms
On : R12 version, Customers Module
There are multiple Primary Site Uses for the site use types in HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL and as a result there are multiple Primary Site records in HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.
However, there should only be one Primary Site Use per type in HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL, and there should only be one Primary Site per site use type in HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.
