On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

Attempting to create an Invoice with the Rules and receive the following error:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
1  Create invoice with “Invoice Rule”
2. Click line Items, enter line information
3. Click “Rules” Tab
4. Select “Accounting” from drop down
5. Click “Save”

The FRD Log shows the following:

Executing NAME_IN Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String   Value: tlin_lines.tax_code  
Out Argument 0 - Type: String   Value: NULL                  

Unhandled Exception ORA-06502
