On : 12.2.4 version, Spares Logistics
Reservations can be created against Parts Requirement. However business may not be using all the reserved material or they complete the debrief without parts which are reserved.
If Task status is changed to Debrief Approved/ Work Completed, then the Reservations which was done earlier needs to be cancelled manually.
Since the Reservation is still active, the material can't be used for other tasks unless reservation is cancelled.
There should be standard functionality which automatically cancels the reservation in case of task status is changed to Debrief Approved/ WO Completed, since there are no further actions expected on this task.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create part requirement and reservation for a specific quantity for an item.
2. Debrief quantity-1.
