Symptoms

The Minimum Dunning Amount does not default from the Account level when the value is missing at the Bill To Level.  If the value is missing or the Bill To profile is missing, the Minimum Dunning Amount will be zero.
The expected behavior is to check setup at account level when missing on bill to level.
