iSupport Create Service Request - Unable To Select Serial Number (Doc ID 2008682.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request in Production and development environments

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying October Consolidated patch for iSupport ,when trying to create Service Request using a serial number ,while selection of Serial Number from LOV,the select button doe not response

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that it should be possible to select serial number from LOV and eventually create Service Request for the same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 19669083:R12.IBU.B :IBU 12.1.3 - ISUPPORT CONSOLIDATION BUG FOR OCTOBER 2014
2. Login to iSupport
3. Create Service Request
4.Choose Request Type
5.Enter Serial Number in Serial Number Field and click on LOV button to check details
Search and Select Product Page appears
6.Click the Radios Button Select
7.Click on the Select Button
