Migration from 11i to R12- Sales Order Line Warehouse Not Updated With New Org Structure (Doc ID 2008720.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Migration Issues 11i to R12
After migration found that warehouses that are migrated as subinventory are not updated like that on the sales order line. This did work in our previous migration, but not anymore.

See that former Inventory Organizations (IO's) that migrated to Subinventories (SI's) are migrated correctly, but for the sales orders the order lines are not migrated correctly. For example: former Inventory Organization ABC became a sub-inventory under inventory organization 100. This means that order lines should have the warehouse updated from ABC into 100. This didn't happen. The organization structure did change, but the sales order lines are still having ABC as a warehouse. And also, the allocations are gone.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run migration from 11i to R12

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, sales order data is not being updated by migration as expected therefore the data cannot be used in R12.
