R12:CE: Enabling "Allow Multiple Currency" for Bank Accounts In Functional Currency Gives Error: Please Deselect the Multiple Currency Option As It Is Not Allowed Because the Bank Account Currency Is Not Equal to the Ledger Currency

On : 12.1.3 version, Bank

In the Bank Account window when enabling the "Allow multiple currency" for a bank account in functional currency the following error occurs:

Please deselect the Multiple Currency option as it is not allowed because the Bank Account currency is not equal to the Ledger currency.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Cash Management responsibility.
2. (N)Setup/Bank Accounts
3. In Manage Bank Accounts page Account Information select the Multiple Currency box and the error appears.
