IEX_NOT_AUTHORIZED_COLLECTOR Error When Reassigning Collector On Profile Tab (Doc ID 2008937.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 + FEB 2015 RPC, Collections Agent UI

When attempting to change the collector on the Profile tab, the following error occurs.

IEX_NOT_AUTHORIZED_COLLECTOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Collections Agent.
2. After querying a customer, go to the Profile tab.
3. Click to change the collector.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the collector on the Collections Profile tab.
