Inventory Transactions Interface Errors - WMS_CONTEXT_CHANGE_ERR (Doc ID 2009085.1)

Symptoms

Find a few records stuck in Transaction Open Interface form (INVTVPTX) after Ship Confirm, with the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------

|Failed to update LPN status|WMS_CONTEXT_CHANGE_ERR (CONTEXT1=Issued out of Stores) (CONTEXT2=In Inventory)

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to: Inventory
2. Navigate to: Transactions > Transaction Open Interface
3. Query for transactions in Error, click on Find
4. See the records in error.
