Symptoms

12.2.3 version, Trade Management > Claims > Autopay

The Autopay Program failed to create claim in autopay for a customer and is giving missing payment method error.  Trade profile is setup for this customer and payment method was defined.

Error

The program failed to create claim in autopay because the payment method is missing for customer XXX (99999) . Please enter a payment method for customer XXX (99999).
