Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals

In Performance Management application when attempting to Give Final Ratings for an Appraisal that is re-opened,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login in application
2. Created the Appraisal
3. Submitted the appraisal
4. Reopened the appraisal
5. Try to give Final Ratings and error occur.
