ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The order header is closed and order line is open in Awaiting Shipping status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the order header to stay open when there is an associated open order line.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Open Sales Orders form
3. Query the order
See the order header is in closed and the associated order line in Awaiting Shipping status.
