Strict Pick and Prioritize Pick UOM Allocation Methods allocate Decimals of Primary UOM

Strict Pick and Prioritize Pick UOM allocation methods in picking rules are causing items to allocate in quantities that are decimals/fractions of their primary UOM.

For example:
Sub Pick UOM = Inner Pack
Items Inner Pack = 6 Each
Items Prim UOM = Each
Item OM Indivisible = Y

Order Quantity = 23
Expectation Allocate 18 ea (3 Inner Packs) from Inner Pack Sub / Allocate remaining 5 ea from another sub
Actual Allocate 18.00002 ea from Inner Pack Sub / Allocate remaining 4.99998 ea from another sub

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order quantity of 23
2. System allocates 18.00002 ea from Inner Pack Sub / Allocate remaining 4.99998 ea from another sub
