Service Request Form Hangs When Click On The Notes Description Field .

On : 12.1.3 version, Install issues

After opening the service request , and click on Notes description field the application hangs, and not able to close the screen or save the record.

Not getting the form hanging.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Service form
2. Query an existing Service
3. Navigate to the Workbench tab
4. click on the Notes description field
5. Issue occurs even if there is no data queried
