How Create A Party Of Type 'Person' As A Supplier? (Doc ID 2009611.1)

Goal

Customer would like to enable the Party Type = Person as supplier.  However, currently you are not able to do so.  Bug 13458171 was logged with similar issue where development confirmed this to be intended functionality.
