Cannot Re-arrange Columns in Universal Work Queue

In Advanced Collections Universal Work Queue, how do you re-arrange the columns for easier visibility when processing.
For example, instead of the seeded sequence of columns, you would like the following order:
1. Planned Start
2. Customer Name
3. Source Document (Customer/Acct number)
6. Creation Date
