Tax Payments Listing XML Report Does Not Include New NI Categories

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, UK Payroll on production instance.
When processing the tax payments listing report, employees reporting under the new NI categories are not reporting values for the NI Earnings, NI Ees or NI Eers values.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From UK HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Ensure there is at least 1 employee processed in the payroll run, where they report under a new NI Category.
3. Process the tax payments listing report, and review the output.
