JBO-27021 Error USING TELEPHONY LOGIN IN AGENT DASHBOARD (Doc ID 2010007.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Agent Dashboard

Getting the following error using Telephony Login

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error .Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.Click here for exception details
Exception details:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException:oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException: JBO-27021: Failed to load CustomDatum value at index 87 with java object of type oracle.jbo.domain.Number due to java.sql.SQLException.
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:647)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Navigate to Support Specialist
3. Agent Dashboard -> Telephony Login
4. Provide Extension NO and click Login
