Applicant Hire and Rehire function in Manager Self Service creating 2 assignment records for 2 different vacancies.

Expect to have one assignment record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Responsibility = US Super HRMS Manager
Search an Employee
Person Type = Employee.Applicant

2) Date Track to for example 28-JUL-2012
Applied for Vacancy = Compensation Analyst - BP

3) Date Track to for example 28-JUL-2013
Applied for Vacancy = Compensation Manager - New York

4) Responsibility =Manager Self Service
Navigation: Applicant Hire and Rehire
Search for Employee from Step#1
Select the assignment mode to hire internal applicant = "Replace Primary Assignment"

5) Responsibility = US Super HRMS Manager
Search Employee from Step#1 > Assignment > Employee has 2 assignment records
Assignment Number XXX for vacancy "Compensation Analyst - BP"
Assignment Number XXX-2 for vacancy "Compensation Manager - New York"
