I Need a Purchase Order Number Immediately is Not Working in IProcurement (Doc ID 2010438.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Creation

After upgraded from 11i to 12.2.4, "I need a purchase order number immediately" is not working in iProcurement
 

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a Requisition in iProcurement
2. In delivery region of checkout page, check 'Urgent' and 'I need PO Number immediately'
3. Submit Requisition
4. In the confirmation page the PO number reserved for this requisition is not showing
