Symptoms

When searching transactions for a specific customer in account details window, it takes several minutes


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Account > Account Details

  1. Click on Find icon
  2. Enter Customer account number
  3. Click Find button

 

Tkprof shows the following SQL statement as the top one:
