When attempting to create a new vacancy, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exeption ORA-01400
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mexico HRMS Manager > Requisition > Requisition and Vacancy > Complete data for Requisition > Complete data for Vacancy
2. Save > the error will occur.
